Chante Hess has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Chante started their career at Gap Inc./Old Navy as a Customer Service Representative in 2004. Chante then worked as a Project Administrator at MSX International in 2008. In 2009, they held roles as a Supervisor at Levi Strauss & Co. and as a Sales Lead Manager at Aeropostale. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Tween Brands and as a Store Assistant Manager at dELiA*s.
In 2013, Chante joined Volkswagen of America, Inc, where they held various IT roles including IT Service Desk Analyst, IT Services Request Management, and TDI Remediation Team Lead. Chante also worked as a Business Services Administrator at Xpert Technologies, Inc in 2017.
