Sr. Support Engineer at Cofense

Devon Sullivan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2007, they worked as a Print Services Technician at EDMC, where they managed inventory, processed customer orders, and assembled client files for printing. In 2013, they briefly worked at Best Buy as part of the Geek Squad team. From 2013 to 2016, Devon worked as an Academic Technology Support Specialist at Brandman University, providing support for the Blackboard Learning Management System and assisting instructors. They then joined Zones, Inc. in 2016 as a PPM Brand Champion, where they trained sales staff on Veritas products and facilitated product customizations for B2B customers. Devon joined Leeo in 2019 as a Customer Support Specialist, troubleshooting technical issues and providing proactive support. Most recently, they worked at Cofense from 2018, first as a Simulator Customer Support Engineer I, assisting customers with support requests and questions related to Cofense PhishMe, and then as a Senior Support Engineer, investigating and resolving advanced client technical problems and working with clients to ensure product functionality.

Devon Sullivan obtained a BS degree in Media Arts and Animation from the Art Institute of California-San Diego, which was completed between the years 2006 and 2008. In addition to the degree, Devon has also acquired various certifications: Triage Operator Certification from COFENSE in July 2019, PhishMe Certification from COFENSE in May 2018, and A+ certification from Comptia in November 2012.
