James Hickey has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. James began their career working as an EDS Infrastructure Engineer, where they gained experience in NT4 environments and infrastructure design documentation for clients such as Inland Revenue and Employment Service. James then progressed to become an EDS Infrastructure Specialist and later an Infrastructure Architect, working on the Ministry of Defense's DII/F program.
