Melanie Major

Melanie Major is the current VP of Human Resources at Cofense. Melanie has over 8 years of experience in Human Resources and has been with Cofense for just over 2 years. Prior to Cofense, Melanie was the Director of Human Resources for Syntasa from December 2018 to March 2020. In that role, they were responsible for providing global leadership, direction and expertise with ultimate responsibility for full scope of HR functions in the US and the UK. Melanie has also served as an HR Consultant for Ombudsman Services and an HR Manager for Shared Services at Princes Limited.

Melanie Major has a Master of Education from George Mason University in Counseling and Development, and a Bachelor of Arts from George Mason University in International Studies.

Melanie Major reports to Rohyt Belani, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Keith Ibarguen - Chief Product Officer, Shane McGee - General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer, and Allan Carey - VP, Business Development.
