Emma Leavy is a Principal at Gratitude Railroad, leading the direct investing team with a focus on due diligence and portfolio management. Previously, as the Director of Grant Programs at Comic Relief, Emma managed a $167 million portfolio, launching a $6 million innovation fund for impactful investments. With experience as an analyst at McChrystal Group and as an assistant director for a nonprofit, Emma's career began in management consulting before transitioning into international development. Emma holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and is pursuing a Master’s in Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of St. Andrews.
