Emma Reilly

Emma Reilly is a finance professional with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, shareholding activism, and equity capital markets. Currently serving as a Finance Associate at Cofertility since October 2024, Emma previously held various positions at Bank of America, including M&A Associate and Analyst roles focused on shareholder activism and raid defense, as well as an Equity Capital Markets Analyst. Earlier experience includes a summer internship at Bank of America and roles at the Yale Entrepreneurial Society as Head of VC Team, Story Ventures as a Venture Capital Intern, and Bleacher Report as a Public Relations Intern. Emma Reilly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University and attended The London School of Economics and Political Science.
