Tim Ringger began their career in 2003 as a Music Business Manager at ROAAAR Music, where they worked until 2008. In 2009, they joined Phonak as a Web Content Manager and later became the Digital Marketing Manager, working until 2019. Currently, since 2021, Tim serves as the Head of Brand & Marketing at Coffee Annan.

Tim Ringger obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Digital Marketing Specialist from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW in 2017. Prior to that, they attended EBAM Business Academy from 2007 to 2009, studying Music Business Management. In 2004-2005, Tim Ringger pursued a Foundation in Art & Design at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
