Batch 22 is a Guatemala-based specialty coffee initiative working with experimental micro-lot producers in Rabinal, Baja Verapaz.

We collaborate with smallholder farmers producing SHB coffees scoring 85+ and support continuous quality improvement through:

• Structured cupping and evaluation
• Moisture and post-harvest optimization
• Varietal experimentation 
• Transparent producer profiles

We are present during harvest — observing, measuring, and refining alongside producers.

Our goal is simple: To transform experimentation at origin into long-term value for both producers and international roasters.
