Rabea Back has been working in the e-commerce industry since 2016. In 2016, they were an Intern in Indirect Sales and Business Service at 1&1 Internet SE. In 2017, they were an Intern Marketing at MYTOYS GROUP. In 2018, they were an Intern Marketing at NA-KD.com. Since 2019, they have been working at Coffee Circle as an Ecommerce Manager and a Junior E-Commerce Manager, where their role description includes creating a transparent value chain that benefits everyone involved from the origin to the roasting and to the cup.

Rabea Back obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management between 2016 and 2019. During the 2018 academic year, they participated in an exchange program at McMaster University, studying Commerce.
