Navin Dev is the Director of Operations at Coffee Island, where they lead operational strategies and initiatives since 2024. With over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Navin has held various leadership roles, including NSO Head at KFC India and Operations Manager at Pret A Manger. Navin’s career began with a foundation in Hotel Management and Food & Beverage Service at NSHM Academy, complemented by a degree in Business Administration from Cornell University. Their past experience also includes roles at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, and Rockman's Beer Island, where they contributed to significant brand launches and operational excellence.
