Sofía Rodríguez Torres

Sofía Rodríguez Torres is a deputy legal director with over 8 years of experience in advising domestic and international clients on debt restructuring, cross-border financing, and M&A transactions. Sofía began their career at Uría Menéndez in September 2013, where they were recognized as a “rising star” in Spain by The Legal 500 directory for three consecutive years. In 2023, they became the subdirector of the legal investment department at COFIDES. Sofía also served as general counsel at Bright Sunday in 2022 and was seconded to the firm's São Paulo office from May 2017 until August 2018. They hold a licentiate degree in law and a diploma in business studies from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
