Eric Alan Hill

Eric Alan Hill is the Chief Operating Officer at Glo®, where they focus on empowering students and researchers to transform innovative ideas into impactful companies. They co-founded Coflyt®, an app enhancing aircraft management for pilots, and previously led SportSnax, Inc., a software solution for concession orders at sporting events. With a strong background in operations and entrepreneurship, they directed the Center for Entrepreneurship & Outreach at Mississippi State University, growing it significantly and securing over $6.5M in grants. Eric holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Mississippi State University, where they also serve as an adjunct lecturer.
