Stephen Rainey is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development across various sectors. As Co-Founder and CTO of Coflyt™ since June 2019, Stephen designed and developed a minimum viable product for an innovative application aimed at optimizing aircraft ownership and maintenance, while expanding the company into larger aviation markets. From July 2016 to November 2023, Stephen provided consulting services through Honed Craft, assisting companies in Fintech, Aviation, Online Marketing, Fitness, and Healthcare. Prior roles include Head of Engineering at FYI, where rapid prototyping and scalable integration services were developed, and a significant tenure as VP of Engineering at Kissmetrics, where Stephen scaled the engineering organization through significant growth phases.
