Ankur Berry

Ankur Berry is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in global human resources management, currently serving as Global Head HR for multiple business units at Coforge, including Quality Engineering, Digital Process Automation, Sales Force, and Intelligent Automation. Previously, Ankur played a key role in the integration of HR functions during the merger of Coforge and Cigniti Technologies. With a track record of overseeing large teams and driving HR transformations across various organizations, Ankur has also held leadership positions at Digiphoto Entertainment Imaging as Global Head of People & Culture and at Allstate as Site HR Leader for Technology and Operations in India. Ankur holds a certificate in HR Management & Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and has completed an Advanced Lab on Human Process from ISABS.
