Bill Hoover

Bill Hoover is currently the Vice President of Property and Casualty Insurance at Coforge, a position held since 2025. With over fifteen years of experience in complex Business Process Outsourcing and Software as a Service for large P&C Insurance clients, they have a strong background in BPO Processing, Customer Relations Management, and Document Management. Bill previously served as an Account Executive at both DXC Technology and HP Enterprise Services, as well as an Account Manager at EDS, an HP Company. Bill holds a B.S.B.A in Management Information Systems from Bowling Green State University, where they studied from 1984 to 1988.
