Chris Murphy, SPC, CSPO, is a seasoned Agile Transformation Consultant with over 25 years of experience in management consulting, currently serving as the Global lead for Coforge’s Lean Agile Center of Excellence. Previously, Chris held roles such as Vice President at Triple Point Technology and SunGard Energy Systems, where they transformed key accounts and managed extensive teams. At LTIMindtree, Chris developed an Agile Transformation Program and the Innovation Factory Framework, significantly enhancing organizational agility across various industries. Chris is also a published thought leader on Agile methodologies and innovation. They earned a BS/BA from the University of Florida and continue education through Scaled Agile Academy.
