Previously, they served as the UK&I Pursuit Management Leader at NTT and held various roles in business development and customer experience across several reputable firms, including PwC and Cushman & Wakefield. With a strong background in bid management, client relationship development, and cross-functional collaboration, Di has effectively driven revenue growth and improved overall customer satisfaction throughout their career. They are pursuing an Advanced CIM Post Graduate Marketing Diploma at Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College.
