Elizabeth Varghese

Elizabeth Varghese is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Assistant Manager HRBP at Coforge since June 2025. Prior to this role, Elizabeth spent over nine years at MaxVal Group, Inc., progressing through positions including Assistant Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner, with responsibilities in employee engagement, HR management systems, training, and dispute resolution.
