Gaurav Kapoor

Gaurav Kapoor is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Coforge since November 2024, Gaurav has previously held the position of Vice President HR at The Citco Group Limited from March 2021 to October 2024. Prior to that, Gaurav worked at Allstate as HR Shared Services Manager from January 2018 to February 2021 and at Tech Mahindra, progressing from Assistant Manager - Global Compensation & Benefits to Manager from January 2012 to January 2018. Gaurav's early career included roles at Hutchison 3 Global Services Pvt. Ltd, focusing on compensation and recruitment analytics. Gaurav holds a PG Diploma in Advance Computing from the Institute of Emerging Technologies, Pune, and a Bachelor of Laws in Labor Studies from Maharshi Dayanand Sarswati University.
