Harsh Naagar

Harsh Naagar is a Senior Project Lead with over 19 years of extensive experience in Information Technology and Service Delivery. They have held versatile roles including Change Manager, Problem Manager, and Incident Manager, focusing on IT Service Management for the past 16+ years. Harsh previously worked with companies such as Coforge, CSC, HCL Technologies, and HCL BPO, where they developed and implemented processes for Change Management and collaborated with various service management disciplines. They hold a B.E. in Electronics from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology and a Diploma in Business Administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
