Leonardo Guim

Leonardo Guim is a visionary technology leader with over 20 years of experience in customer engagement and data-driven strategies. Currently serving as VP of 1:1 Customer Engagement at Coforge, they are responsible for orchestrating data, technology, and AI across various marketing, sales, and service touchpoints. Previously, Leonardo was the Head of Data and Analytics Strategy at Merkle, where they led a team to activate customer insights and deliver personalized interactions for major brands. Their earlier career included roles such as Project Manager and Solution Architect in notable companies, demonstrating a deep expertise in real-time decisioning and cross-channel marketing strategies. Leonardo holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil and an MS in Structural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
