Pankaj Parashar

Pankaj Parashar serves as Senior Vice President at Coforge, leveraging over 20 years of experience in Business Process Services (BPS) to drive AI-led transformation in the Insurance and Healthcare sectors. Prior to this role, Pankaj founded Purple Advisors, providing strategic guidance to technology providers in the Insurance vertical, and established Purple Ant, which developed an innovative IoT and AI/ML product platform for risk mitigation in property and casualty insurance. Pankaj also held key positions at Cognizant, leading sales for a $2.2 billion insurance business unit, and at Capgemini, where responsibilities included managing accounts for Fortune 500 clients and mentoring sales teams. Pankaj holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur.
