Rishikesh Kulkarni

Rishikesh Kulkarni is an HR transformation and analytics leader with over 18 years of experience in leveraging HR analytics to drive business impact. Previously, Rishikesh held roles such as Head of Resource Management and HR Analytics at Incedo Inc., where a resource management framework was established, significantly enhancing internal fulfillment. Currently, Rishikesh serves as the Leader of Strategic HR at Coforge and the Director of HR at Atos, where they focus on aligning workforce capability with business strategies and leading the integration of numerous acquisitions. Rishikesh is an alumnus of the Leadership Acceleration Program at HEC Paris and holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from K J Somaiya College of Engineering.
