Ryan Jessop

Ryan Jessop currently serves as the Senior Vice President leading the 1:1 Customer Engagement business unit at Coforge since October 2024. Prior to this role, Ryan co-founded and served as President of CXForward, focusing on guiding clients through digital transformation using Pega’s applications, and also co-founded OptML, an advanced analytics and machine learning company. Ryan has a strong background in operations and client success from roles at Comet Global Consulting, where responsibilities included leading US operations and engagement for key clients, as well as experience at Cox Communications managing IT teams. Ryan's career began as a Network Engineer and included positions as Network Manager and Account Manager. Ryan holds a BA in Justice with a minor in Public Relations from American University.
