Sandeep Mathur

Sandeep Mathur currently serves as the Vice President of Sales for Healthcare & Life Sciences at Coforge since August 2025. Prior to this role, Sandeep held various positions at IBM from January 2017 to October 2024, including Associate Partner & Sales Deal Leader, and was instrumental in driving revenue growth and transformation initiatives in the Retail and Consumer Goods sectors. Sandeep's earlier career includes positions at Wipro Technologies, where significant accomplishments included leading a team to sign a new client in the Medical Devices sector as National Sales Manager, and receiving the "Account Manager of the Year" award in 2009. Sandeep also contributed to business development at MindTree Consulting and began a career at HCL Infosystems Ltd as an Account Manager after graduating with an MBA in Marketing & Finance from XLRI Jamshedpur. Enhanced sales leadership skills were developed through a certificate in Advanced Sales Leadership from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
