Seema Gupta

Seema Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of finance and consulting. Currently serving as Director at Coforge since November 2024, Seema previously held a position on the Shadow Board at Tech Mahindra from December 2022 to October 2024. Seema’s tenure at PwC from May 2015 to November 2022 included roles as Manager and Assistant Manager, focusing on business restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. Earlier experience at Grant Thornton LLP as a Consultant involved statutory, limited review, and tax audits, along with an article assistant role. Seema holds a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and completed a Management Program in Business/Managerial Economics at SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research.
