Shiv Kumar

Shiv Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service management and incident management. Currently serving as Service Management Lead at Coforge since June 2023, Shiv previously held the position of Incident Manager at Infosys from July 2022 to June 2023. Prior to this, an Assistant Operations Manager role was undertaken at Anteris Software Solutions from January 2017 to July 2022. Shiv's career began at Intellvisions Software Limited as a Desktop Support Specialist from January 2007 to July 2008, followed by a tenure as Information Technology Team Lead at Iyogi Technical Services from July 2008 to January 2017. Education was completed at CCS University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science between 2000 and 2003.
