Shiva Yennam is an ISTQB-certified QA Test Architect with over 12 years of experience in automation testing. They have a proven track record in developing robust test frameworks and optimizing integration testing, significantly increasing automation coverage and reducing manual testing efforts. Shiva has held leadership roles at Coforge and previously worked at Black Knight Financial Services, where they led teams to improve defect detection and streamline UAT processes. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
