Shiwendra Shashank

Shiwendra Shashank is a transformational Facilities & Administration Leader currently serving as the Group Head of Facility and Administration at Coforge, where they oversee the organization’s largest SEZ campus housing over 12,000 employees. Previously, they held roles as a Shift Engineer at Hindustan Unilever Limited and as a Site Facility Head at JLL, managing facility management and real estate portfolios across various industries in India and the APAC region. Shiwendra also worked as a Facilities Manager at Embassy Group, overseeing facility management for Microsoft’s R&D. They earned a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata, in 2012.
