Siju Thampi

Siju Thampi is a seasoned professional in resource management and talent acquisition with extensive experience in the IT industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President & Head of Resource Management at Coforge since July 2020, Siju oversees global resource management, people supply chain integration, and operational optimization. Prior roles at Mindtree from 2009 to 2020 included Director of Talent Management, where Siju was instrumental in staffing models and operational efficiencies, and Associate Director of Talent Acquisition, leading recruitment strategies and team development. Siju began the career at Aztecsoft as a Senior Executive in Human Resources, focusing on recruitment across multiple delivery units. Siju holds an M.Sc in Mathematics from the University of Kerala and a B.Sc in Mathematics from Mahatma Gandhi University.
