Sreedhar Gurram

Sreedhar (Sidd) Gurram is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and business development with extensive experience spanning various roles and companies. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Coforge since May 2024, Sreedhar is focused on driving onsite hiring to support growth in the ANZ region. Previously, Sreedhar held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition-ANZ and Business Development for the Federal Government at Tech Mahindra, where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment initiatives and facilitating business expansion. Additionally, Sreedhar has experience as a Business Development Manager for the Federal Government, Sr. Strategic Business Manager for the APAC and IES-Global markets, and held roles in sales support and business development at companies like Cognizant Technology Solutions, Mascon Global, and Maruti Udyog Limited.
