Sunil Duggal

Sunil Duggal is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as VP & Head of Talent Acquisition for India and APAC at Coforge since May 2023. Prior to this role, Sunil co-founded Phebus HR Advisory, where focus was on the talent landscape as Managing Partner from May 2019 to May 2023. Sunil’s extensive experience includes serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at UnitedHealth Group, Vice President of Recruiting at Barclays Shared Services, and various HR leadership positions at organizations including Alcatel Lucent India Ltd., Hewitt Associates, and Birlasoft Ltd. Sunil holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management from Bharati Vidyapeeth and a Diploma in Business Management from Guru Nanak Dev University.
