Cat Rayburn

Cat Rayburn is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Coforma since May 2024. Previously, Cat held positions at Perforce Software, managing a global team focused on version control and establishing a UX research practice. At Puppet, Cat progressed from Senior UX Designer to Manager of User Experience, leading multiple teams and overseeing the design of key products. Prior roles include Principal Design Researcher and Lead User Experience Designer at Amplified by Design, where Cat contributed to comprehensive user research and conceptual design. Cat's early career began at Xerox, leading numerous successful redesign projects. Additionally, Cat co-led the IxDA chapter in Portland, promoting interaction design. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Theater Arts from Earlham College and studies at the Pacific Northwest College of Art.
