Daniela Jones

Daniela Jones is a seasoned professional in design research and behavioral science, currently serving as a Senior Design Researcher at Coforma since September 2022. Prior to this role, Daniela held the position of Behavioral Scientist at Irrational Labs from September 2021 to November 2022 and worked as a User Experience Researcher and Associate User Experience Designer at KYOCERA Document Solutions Development America, Inc. between February 2019 and August 2021. Daniela's career began at Designit as a Partnerships Consultant from May 2016 to February 2019, following an acquisition of Cooper. Earlier experience includes a Marketing Specialist role at the University of Virginia and a Research Assistant in the Social Neuroscience and Positive Psychology Laboratories. Daniela holds a Master of Science in Behavioral and Decision Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Leadership from the University of Virginia. Additional education includes participation in the McIntire Business Institute and ISI Florence, along with graduating with High Honors from St. Ignatius College Preparatory.
