Eric R.

Eric R. is a Senior Design Researcher at Coforma since September 2023, previously serving as a Design Strategist at the UIC Institute for Healthcare Delivery Design, where research on veteran services informed a strategic roadmap. With extensive experience in user research, Eric held roles at Color as a User Researcher & Research Operations Specialist, leading various user studies to enhance healthcare products, and at Skylight, where Eric contributed to launching a digital product for a federal agency. Prior positions include a User Researcher role at 18F, where exploratory research improved government services, and internships at FreshForm and the UC San Diego Design Lab. Eric holds a B.S. in Cognitive Science with Human-Computer Interaction and a B.A. in Design for Social Innovation from UC San Diego, along with a degree in Engineering and Design for Sustainable Environments from the School for International Training.
