At Cog-Spark, we're dedicated to fostering lasting positive change in mental health support for individuals across all ages, within both educational and business environments. Founders Jessica and Gemma bring a unique blend of expertise: Jessica, with a strong foundation in psychological research, education, and clinical practice, and Gemma, a seasoned clinician with over 25 years of experience in mental health. This powerful combination drives our delivery of specialised consultancy, training, and resources to address complex mental health challenges.

Our founders' extensive experience with leading institutions, including King's College London, and impactful charities like the Charlie Waller Trust, ensures our solutions are grounded in evidence and practical application. We champion prevention, early intervention, and collaborative approaches, empowering organisations to cultivate a culture of mental well-being for all.
