Helen Le Liboux

Helen Le Liboux is currently the Responsable Développement at Cogedim, where they focus on responding to consultations. Previously, they served as Responsable de projets immobiliers at ADIM Ouest and held roles such as Chef de projet développement urbain at l'Etablissement Public Foncier et d'Aménagement de Guyane and Responsable de Développement at Kaufman & Broad. Helen has extensive experience in urban planning and development, having worked at Société LIDL and Expertise Urbaine early in their career. They hold a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from the Institut d'Urbanisme de Paris and a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies from the Institut Français d'Urbanisme.
