Eric Hood has over 25 years of experience in client service and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Client Service Specialist and Manager of Operations at Cogency Global Inc. since February 2007, Eric has developed expertise in facilitating client relationships and overseeing operational processes. Prior to this role, Eric spent nearly a decade at Corporation Service Company as a Customer Service Representative, where skills in customer support were honed.
