Eric Thompson

Eric Thompson has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Eric started their career as a Paralegal at Ross, Marsh and Foster in 1999, where they primarily focused on Trusts & Estates Practice and Energy Law. Eric assisted in the Administration of Estates, prepared and filed Deeds, and obtained court case filings from various sources.

In 2007, Eric joined Federal Research/CBCInnovis as a Corporate Coordinator/Paralegal. Here, they were responsible for preparing and filing Corporate Documents with government offices, maintaining the Registered Agent database, and coordinating the delivery of Corporate Reports and Service of Process.

Since 2010, Eric has been working at COGENCY GLOBAL INC. as a UCC/Corporate Team Leader and Corporate Paralegal. Eric is involved in a wide range of services, including UCC Filings and Searches, Tax Liens and Judgment Searches, as well as Real Property Filings and Retrievals nationwide.

Eric Thompson attended Prince George's Community College from 1993 to 1996, where they earned an Associates degree in the Paralegal Certificate Program. Afterward, they pursued further education at the University of Maryland from 1996 to 1998, completing their Bachelors degree in Political Science/Law.
