Nikki Mirth has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Nikki is currently working as a Client Service Specialist at COGENCY GLOBAL INC. starting from February 2022. Before joining COGENCY GLOBAL INC., Nikki worked as the Manager of Ticket Operations at the Charlotte Hornets from November 2019 to November 2021. Prior to that, they held positions at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where they started as an Assistant Ticket Manager in September 2015 and later became the Assistant Director of Ticket Operations from May 2019 to November 2019. Nikki also worked as a Box Office Representative at Live Nation Entertainment from April 2019 to October 2019. Their earliest work experience was as a Box Office Intern and later as a Box Office Manager at the West Virginia Power from May 2011 to August 2015.

Nikki Mirth obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sports Management from West Virginia University from 2006 to 2010.
