Martin Denney is a servant leader with over 30 years of experience of transforming businesses as a management consultant and through operational leadership roles.

At Cogent Analytics, Martin serves as an Assistant Director, supporting a team of experienced Project Directors and helping clients drive towards higher performance and improved quality of life.

With a strong background in value-based management and business strategy, Martin is particularly passionate about imparting the skills and knowledge that helps small business owners understand the connection between the drivers of operational and organizational performance and resulting financial performance.

As an accomplished executive, Martin has honed his skillset across industries including food and beverage, consumer durable goods, building products, industrial fabrics, professional services and technology. This experience is backed up by an MBA earned from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, as well as through multinational experiences gained from roles in North America, Australia and Asia.
