Robert Ramos

Robert Ramos, PMP, currently serves as the Director of North America Customer Service at Cogent Communications, a position held since March 2011. Prior experience includes managerial roles within Verizon Business, where responsibilities encompassed leading cross-functional teams in Customer Network Operations, DSL Network Operations, and supporting customer internet connectivity for the Latin American market. Robert's extensive background in network services began at UUNET, where multiple managerial and engineering roles facilitated the maintenance of dedicated internet access circuits and the resolution of network issues. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Law Enforcement from George Mason University and has furthered education at George Washington University.
