Cogent was brought to fruition by two professionals from the Operations/ Manufacturing space who saw an increasing need to create a service provider that specifically understood the needs of its client base especially, but not limited to, the manufacturing (and similar complex business) sectors.

Service delivery excellence.

Moving away from the more common “sales” function of labour and recruitment businesses, Cogent is focussed on developing a service delivery partnership with our Customers. Our Staff are selected for their ability to manage complex projects, deadlines and the ongoing management of strategic KPI’s in consultation with their customers. With experience and qualifications across a number of fields such as HR, business and project management and Engineering, we combine their years of experience with their passion to provide an excellent and long standing service to both their customers and candidates alike.
