Ethan Ayer has had a long and varied career in the business world, beginning in 1993 as an Analyst at Merrill Lynch. Ethan then went on to become an Associate at Early Stage Enterprises in 1997, followed by a Senior Associate role at Allegra Partners in 2000. In 2001, they joined One Equity Partners as a Partner, and in 2002 was a Board Member at Cybertrust. In 2007, they became a General Partner at Milestone Venture Partners, and then in 2008 a General Partner at KW Capital Partners, LP. From 2009 to 2020, they held the roles of Chairman, CEO, and CFO at Resilient Network Systems, Inc., before selling the company to Data443 (ticker ATDS). Finally, in 2019 they became the Chief Financial Officer and a Member of the Board of Directors at Cogility Software.
Ethan Ayer attended Phillips Academy Andover from 1986 to 1989, graduating with a High School degree. Ethan then attended Harvard University from 1989 to 1993, graduating with an AB Econ in Economics. Finally, they attended the University of Cambridge from 1995 to 1997, graduating with an M Phil in European Studies/International Relations.
