COGITIS
Fabrice Tur has extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as Responsable Infogérance at COGITIS since December 2018. Prior to this role, Fabrice held the position of Responsable informatique at Spiral SVS from November 2000 to November 2018 and was Responsable d’exploitation at Saret France from September 1995 to October 2001. Beginning a career in programming, Fabrice worked as an Analyste programmeur at UNIVERS INFORMATIQUE, Gentech, and Cap Sesa Industrie between 1989 and 1995. Fabrice holds a degree in informatique from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and has completed the TOEIC program at Wall Street English France.

COGITIS is a Public Operator of Digital Services. Since 1998, we have been supporting the digital transformation of local authorities, from project management assistance to the operational management of the information system. Nearly 140 employees work throughout the territory, with municipalities, departmental and regional councils, secondary schools and public establishments.
