At CogMission, we specialise in identifying and treating the underlying causes of Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and Cognitive Decline. Using the Bredesen Protocol™, we develop personalised programmes to improve brain function and support those with SCI (Subjective Cognitive
Impairment), MCI (Mild Cognitive Impairment), and early-stage Alzheimer’s.

CogMission was founded in 2017 by Charmaine Shepherd and Jean Dow. Both Charmaine and Jean have been working together for 10 years and collectively bring over 40 years of experience in treating complex conditions.

Our 6-week online Brain Vitality Programme helps individuals take early, proactive steps to protect their brain health. Each week focuses on a key area: nutrition, gut health, stress reduction, sleep, movement and cognitive stimulation. Delivered in a small, supportive group setting, the programme
offers practical tools, expert guidance, and a sense of community that often continues long after the course ends.
