Al Eisaian

Al Eisaian is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as CEO and Board Member at Cognaize since July 2022, Al focuses on harnessing AI to transform unstructured data into actionable intelligence for clients. As a co-founder and board member of Intelinair, Al has played a pivotal role in the company’s evolution and strategic direction since its inception in 2014. Previous leadership roles include co-founder and CEO of IconApps, Global Head of Product Strategy at Opera Solutions, and Executive Chairman at Integrien, where Al’s efforts culminated in a successful acquisition by VMware. Al's foundational expertise includes stints at LowerMyBills.com, USWeb Corporation, and NMB (USA) Inc., complemented by an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BSEE from Oklahoma State University, along with an AgriBusiness Seminar at Harvard Business School.
