Ara Abrahamyan

Ara Abrahamyan is an experienced professional in the fields of digital transformation and advisory roles across various organizations. Currently, Ara serves as a Member of The Supervisory Board at Armenian Card - ArCa and as a Board Advisor at Open Future Lab gGmbH and cognaize. Additionally, Ara holds advisory positions at Ameriabank CJSC, Matena International School of Leadership and Professional Development as an adjunct professor, and WeProfit, while previously serving as Chief Digital Transformation Officer at Erste Group Bank AG. Ara's extensive background includes managing roles at Erste Bank Hungary, Erste Group IT, and Deutsche Bank AG, complemented by a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the State Engineering University of Armenia.
