Chris Quickfall has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Chris served as the Chief Executive Officer at Cognassist, a SaaS platform that supports employers and educators in understanding and enabling cognitive and neurodiversity. Chris helped large employers and educational institutions implement cognitive diversity as part of their Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion strategies.

Chris also worked as a Board Member at e-Quality Solutions Group Ltd and as a Limited Partner at Stage 2 Capital. In addition, they held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Learning Labs UK, where they provided e-learning solutions incorporating cognitive neuroscience for learners with needs such as dyslexia.

Prior to that, Chris was the Chief Executive Officer at e-Quality Learning, a tech company focused on developing skills and opportunities for disabled individuals. Chris worked with various organizations, including government institutions, emergency services, and training providers.

Chris also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Invate, a specialist provider of software, hardware, and services to disabled students.

Furthermore, they had roles at the British Assistive Technology Association, where they served as Treasurer and Director, and at Shell, where they gained experience as an Undergraduate Mechanical Engineer.

Chris Quickfall attended Northumbria University from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a BEng degree in Mechanical Engineering.
