Shay Rootman

Shay Rootman has over 20 years of experience in various roles in the marketing and business development sectors. From 1999-2000, Shay was a Senior Technical Support Representative at HP (ICSC). From 2000-2005, Shay was a Consumer Electronics Department Manager and Control and Monitoring Team Member at Shopping.com (eBay). During this time, Shay managed a team of students focusing on data mining and data entry to the database, performed DWHS User Behavior Studies, monitored the company's website frontend and backend in Network Operation Center, and was responsible for ongoing operation and maintenance of server farm. From 2005-2010, Shay was the VP Product & Marketing at Mychic.com. From 2010-2014, Shay was the VP Product and Marketing at IonTerra, leading the conception, design and marketing of Hi-Park urban information platform. Finally, from 2016-present, Shay has held various roles at Cognata, including Vice President Of Marketing And Business Development, Senior Director Business Development and Marketing, Director Of Business Development and Partnerships, and Product Management Director.

Shay Rootman attended the University of Haifa from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a BA in Economic and Business Management. Shay then went on to attend Netanya Academic College from 2005 to 2007, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a major in Finance.
